龙船花花期调控技术研究

Study on blooming date regulation of Ixora

摘要:

[目的]以中国龙船花为材料,叶面喷洒不同浓度的GA、6-BA、NAA、PP333,研究它们对龙船花的生长、开花的影响,为龙船花的花期调控提供理论依据。[结果]GA、PP333使龙船花的花期不同程度地推迟,NAA、6-BA使龙船花的花期提早,提高了龙船花的观赏品质;GA促进龙船花新枝生长,PP333对龙船花有显著的矮化作用;NAA可以使龙船花的叶绿素含量增加。[结论]300 mg/l GA和400 mg/l的6-BA在改善株型,提高切花品质等综合方面效果较好。

Abstract:

[Objective]The effect of spraged with different concentrations of GA,6-BA,NAA and PP333 on the growth and flowering in the Ixora chinensis were studied.The objective of the study is to provide the theoretic basis for the regulation of flowing.[Result]GA and PP333 could delay the flowering date to different degree,but NAA and 6-BA could early the flowering date and improve the ornamental quality of the Ixora. GA could promote the growth of new branches, PP333 has a obvious dwarfing effect to Ixora and NAA can increase the chlorophyll content of Ixora.[conclusion]300 mg/l GA and 400 mg/l 6-BA had better comprehensive effects on improving plant type of Ixora and increasing the quality of the cutting flower.
