摘要:

本文介绍了几种分子标记的特点,并简述了DNA分子标记技术在禾本科作物抗性基因、品质性状基因、产量性状基因、生育期和主要植株性状基因、育性基因等基因定位方面的研究进展,为以后禾本科作物分子标记辅助选择育种提供了理论指导。

Abstract:

This paper presented the characteristic of several makers, and briefly described the progress of DNA markers in the aspects of resistance, quality traits, yield characters, growth period and the major characters of plants, fertility and so on, which provided the theoretical instruction for marker-assisted selection breeding of Gramineous Crops in future.
