中药蟾酥免疫增强剂对肉仔鸡免疫器官生长发育及免疫活性细胞影响的研究

摘要：

本研究对肉仔鸡饲料中添加中药蟾酥免疫增强剂后，免疫器官的生长发育情况及免疫器官中免疫活性细胞的变化进行了观察。结果显示，中药蟾酥免疫增强剂组雏鸡胸腺、法氏囊和脾脏等免疫器官的重量和指数明显高于空白对照组，各免疫器官不同区域的T淋巴细胞和浆细胞数也明显增多，说明中药蟾酥免疫增强剂对肉仔鸡免疫器官的生长发育和免疫活性细胞的增殖都有明显的促进作用。

Abstract:

The research gives an observation of immune organ and immunologically comppetent cell after feed meat-used chicken with chinese toad venom of immunostimulants.The result indicats that,compared with the blank controller,the controller with toad venom of immunostimulants has a heaviour weight and a higher exponent of chickling thymus qland ,bursa of Febricius,spleen and other immune organ,as well as a siginificant increasment of thymus dependment lymphocyte and plasma cell in different rigions of immune organ.The research show that chinese toad venom of immunostimulants have an evidence impact on boiler immune organ growth and immunologically competent cell.
