摘要: 植物热激转录因子(Heat shock transcription factor,Hsf)能够与热激蛋白或其他相关蛋白启动子区域的热激元件结合而直接激活下游基因的表达,从而启动热激反应,因此成为生物体在热胁迫下基因转录激活信号转导通路中关键的调节因子,在传递热胁迫信号以及提高植物耐热性方面发挥重要的调控功能。全面开展植物Hsf研究,在解析基因特性、功能及其网络调控机制的基础上,获得强效Hsf基因,进而通过现代生物技术对植物耐热性进行遗传改良从而创制有利用价值的种质资源,对于植物耐热性机理及耐热育种均具有重要的理论和实践意义。植物热激转录因子家族成员多、特性和功能多样,调控机制复杂。前人相关研究主要集中于模式植物,近年来在大田作物上逐渐有所报道。本文就近年来相关方面的研究进行综述和展望,以期为解析植物Hsf家族提供理论和技术基础,同时推动植物耐热性遗传改良的快速发展。
