硒营养强化技术对兰州百合产量、品质及硒含量的影响

Effect of Selenium Nutrition Enhancement Technology on Yield, Quality and Selenium Content of Lanzhou Lily

摘要:

探讨不同生育时期(苗期、开花期、膨大期)及喷施频次的有机硒肥施用对兰州百合产量、品质及鳞茎硒含量的影响,为富硒兰州百合的高效生产与硒肥精准施用提供理论支撑。以兰州百合为材料,连续2年采用每次3000 mL/hm2有机硒肥,在苗期、开花期和膨大期单次或组合喷施,系统评估硒营养强化技术的应用效果。结果表明,每年叶面喷施硒肥2次及以上可显著提高兰州百合的产量(P<0.05),最高增产达34.53%;然而,叶面喷施硒肥对兰州百合的形态指标和品质未产生显著影响(P>0.05)。此外,叶面喷施硒肥能显著提高百合鳞茎中的硒含量(P<0.05),累积喷施2次即可达到富硒效果,且随着施硒次数的增加,硒含量呈逐步增加的趋势。综上所述,建议在兰州百合全生育期内,于每年的苗期、开花期和膨大期各喷施1次有机硒肥,以提高兰州百合的产量,并促进硒元素在百合鳞茎中的积累,从而助力富硒百合的生产。

Abstract:

This study aimed to the explore effects of organic selenium fertilizer application at different growth stages (seedling stage, flowering stage, and swelling stage) and application frequencies on the yield, quality and bulb selenium content of Lanzhou lily, providing theoretical support for the efficient production of selenium-enriched Lanzhou lily and precise application of selenium fertilizer. The experiment was conducted over two years using Lanzhou lily as the material. Organic selenium fertilizer was applied at 3000 mL/hm2 during the seedling, flowering, and swelling stages, either alone or in combination, to evaluate the effectiveness of different selenium nutrition enhancement techniques. The results indicated that applying selenium fertilizer on the foliage more than twice a year could significantly increase the yield of Lanzhou lily (P<0.05), with the highest increase reaching 34.53%. However, foliar application of selenium fertilizer did not significantly affect the morphological indicators and quality of Lanzhou lily (P>0.05). Additionally, foliar application of selenium fertilizer significantly enhanced the selenium content in lily bulbs (P<0.05), achieving a selenium-enriched effect after accumulating two applications, and selenium content gradually increased with the number of applications. In conclusion, it is recommended to apply organic selenium fertilizer once during the seedling, flowering, and swelling stages each year throughout the entire growth period of lilies to improve the yield of Lanzhou lily and promote the accumulation of selenium in lily bulbs, thereby facilitating the production of selenium-enriched lilies.
