棉花冠层结构特征测定位置与植株氮素、追施氮肥量的相关性研究

Correlation Study on Determination Position of Cotton Canopy Structure Characteristics and Plant Nitrogen and Amount of Nitrogen Fertilizer Applied

摘要:

明确最能反映植株氮素营养状况及追施氮肥水平的冠层结构特征测定位置,可提高棉花营养诊断的准确性和可靠性。本研究采用大田小区试验方法,在基肥一定的条件下,设置4个追施氮肥水平,在棉花各生育时期,测定棉花宽行中间、窄行中间、邻近棉株和相邻两膜交接行中间位置的冠层结构特征值,研究不同测定位置的棉花冠层结构特征与棉株氮素积累量、追施氮肥量之间的响应关系。结果表明,不同年份在相邻两膜交接行中间位置测定的棉花平均叶倾角与地上部氮素积累量之间均达到极显著负相关,相关系数最高;同时该位置测定的棉花叶面积指数与追施氮肥量之间表现出显著的正相关性,相关系数也最高。基于以上研究结果可以初步确定,相邻两膜交接行中间位置是利用棉花冠层结构特征判断棉花氮素营养水平和追施氮肥水平的最佳测定位置。

Abstract:

To improve the accuracy and reliability of nitrogen nutrition diagnosis in cotton, it is necessary to clarify the determination position of canopy structure characteristics that best reflect the nitrogen nutrition status of plants and the level of nitrogen fertilizer application. The field plot test method was adopted, under the condition of a certain base fertilizer, four levels of nitrogen fertilizer topdressing were set. The canopy structure characteristic values at the middle position of the wide line, middle position of the narrow line, adjacent to plant, and intermediate position of the adjacent two membranes of cotton were determined at each growth stage of cotton. The response relationship between the cotton canopy structure characteristics at different measurement positions and the nitrogen accumulation of cotton plants and the amount of nitrogen fertilizer applied were studied. The results showed that the correlation between the cotton mean leaf angle measured and the accumulation of nitrogen in the aboveground part reached an extremely significant level, with the highest correlation coefficient at the intermediate position of the adjacent two membranes in different years. Meanwhile, there was a significant positive correlation between the cotton leaf area index measured at this position and the amount of nitrogen fertilizer applied, with the highest correlation coefficient. It can be initially determined that the intermediate position of the adjacent two membranes is the optimal location for measuring the cotton canopy structure characteristics to determine the cotton nitrogen nutrition level and the level of nitrogen fertilizer application.
