植物生长调节剂对广西火桐幼苗生长的影响初探

摘要:

为探究植物生长调节剂对珍稀濒危植物广西火桐(Firmiana kwangsiensis)幼苗生长的影响,评估萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、水杨酸(SA)和6-苄基嘌呤(6-BA)5种生长调节剂在不同浓度(50、100、200 mg/L)下的促进作用,并设置清水对照,共16个处理。结果表明,适宜浓度的生长调节剂可促进广西火桐幼苗的生长发育,有效提高了株高和地径相对增量,同时增加了新叶数、总叶片数,并促进了新叶长度和宽度、主枝总节间长度、主枝节间数和主枝平均节间长度的增长。其中,200 mg/L IAA处理表现出最佳的促生效果,其次是50 mg/L SA、100 mg/L GA3和50 mg/L GA3。然而,过高浓度的NAA(200 mg/L)和6-BA(200 mg/L)抑制了广西火桐生长,不利于苗木培育。本研究可为广西火桐幼苗的早期培育提供一定的科学参考,但为更全面地评估生长调节剂的长期效益,未来仍需持续进行效果跟踪观测。

Abstract:

To investigate the effects of plant growth regulators on rare and endangered plants Firmiana kwangsiensis seedlings, 16 treatments were established including naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA at 50, 100 and 200 mg/L), indoleacetic acid (IAA at 50, 100 and 200 mg/L), gibberellin (GA3 at 50, 100 and 200 mg/L), salicylic acid (SA at 50, 100 and 200 mg/L), 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA at 50, 100 and 200 mg/L), and a control group with pure water. Growth indicators of the seedlings were measured. The results showed that during the experimental period (4 months), the growth regulators promoted the growth of F. kwangsiensis seedlings, increasing the relative increments in plant height and ground diameter, the number of new leaves, the total number of leaves, the length and width of new leaves, the total internode length of the main branch, the number of internodes on the main branch, and the average internode length of the main branch. Among these, 200 mg/L IAA yielded the best results, followed by 50 mg/L SA, 100 mg/L GA3, and 50 mg/L GA3. In contrast, high-concentration treatments such as 200 mg/L NAA and 200 mg/L 6-BA inhibited growth and were unfavorable for seedling cultivation. This study can provide experimental references for the early cultivation of F. kwangsiensis seedlings. However, in order to evaluate the long-term benefits of growth regulators more comprehensively, continuous effect observation is still needed in the future.
