食用菌菌渣循环利用模式剖析——以成都市金堂县为例

Analysis of Edible Mushroom Residue Recycling Model Based on Jintang County in Chengdu City

摘要:

为了优化食用菌菌渣的循环利用,拓宽食用菌菌渣的利用渠道和区域,笔者基于对金堂县食用菌菌渣处理现状实地调研的基础上,将金堂县食用菌菌渣循环利模式归纳为配料循环、饲料循环、肥料循环、燃料循环等4种模式;总结出食用菌菌渣循环利用总模式,并指出其存在农业科技力量薄弱、集约化处理力度不强、处理不当引起二次污染、栽培农户循环意识淡薄等问题;有针对性地提出了加强菌渣循环利用宣传、提供科技后勤保障、科学规划产业园区和扶持龙头企业等对策建议。

Abstract:

In order to optimize the recycling of edible mushroom residue and broaden the channels and area, based on the spot research of the present situation of edible mushroom residue treatment in Jintang county, the author had concluded the recycling models of edible mushroom residue in Jintang county into four kinds of patterns: the ingredient cycle, the feed cycle, the fertilizer cycle and the fuel cycle, summarized these problems: the weakness of agricultural science and technology, the weakness of the efforts to intensive treatment, secondary pollution caused by improper handling, the weakness of the cyclic consciousness of farmers engaged in cultivation and so on, which existed in the edible mushroom residue recycling model, and objectively put forward some suggestions: strengthening the publicity for mushroom residue recycling, providing scientific and logistical support, scientifically planning industrial parks, supporting leading enterprises and so on.
