干旱区不同处理对金露梅嫩枝扦插成苗及苗期生长的影响

摘要:

为了选出干旱区适宜金露梅嫩枝扦插繁殖育苗的扦插基质、生长调节剂及扦插日期,为大量繁殖金露梅苗木提供理论依据。于2008年6月5日至7月15日选择健壮、无病虫害当年生的半木质化嫩枝为试验材料,以扦插基质、植物生长调节剂、扦插时间等不同处理处理金露梅嫩枝进行金露梅嫩枝扦插试验,研究金露梅嫩枝扦插繁殖育苗的影响。结果表明:不同的处理组合均能显著或极显著的提高金露梅嫩枝扦插成活率,同时对苗期生长也有一定的影响。综合看来,育苗基质以土壤+蘑菇培养基废料的基质为最好,植物生长调节剂以500 mg/L IBA处理金露梅嫩枝扦插成活率最高,达85.45%,从其他综合性状看,各浓度的NAA处理金露梅嫩枝扦插,成活枝条的株高、平均生根数、平均根长显著高于其他组合的生长调节剂及对照;不同日期的嫩枝扦插成苗率都比较高,但以6月5日扦插最高,达88.85%。

Abstract:

In order to select suitable shoots arid Potentilla fruticosa cutting propagation of cutting seedling matrix and growth regulator and cutting date for many breed Potentilla fruticosa seedlings to provide theoretical basis.
