滇西北高寒山区土地利用变化与社会经济发展的关系研究——以宁蒗彝族自治县为例

摘要：

土地利用与社会经济发展之间有着密切的关联。即便是贫穷落后、人少地多的滇西北高寒山区，其经济社会的发展在根本上仍需要以土地资源的开发利用作为保障。笔者以滇西北高寒山区的典型县份——宁蒗彝族自治县为例，定量分析该县1996—2008年间土地利用变化与社会经济发展的关系及其特点，拟合得出耕地、园地以及建设用地等各类土地面积变化与社会经济发展两者间的最优线性回归方程。通过研究、分析总结出宁蒗县土地利用变化主要受人口、经济发展以及国家和地方政策三大因素的驱动。这将有助于正确处理滇西北高寒山区土地资源管理与经济发展的关系，为经济社会的科学发展提供决策依据。

Abstract:

Land use and socio-economic development are closely linked. Even the poor high and cold mountainous in the northwest Yunnan province, with limited population and vast land, and its economic and social development still needs to rely on exploration and utilization of land resource as security. The author took a typical county in high-altitude mountainous areas of northwest Yunnan province-Ninglang Yi autonomous county for example, using the data of land change survey in the county in 1996-2008, from the quantitative point of view, to analyze the relationship and characteristics between land use change and regional social and economic development. The author fitted to cultivated land, garden and building land area change and socio-economic development, derived the optimal equation of linear regression. According to the research and analysis, the author concluded that Ninglang land use change was mainly driven by three major factors: population, economic development and national and local policy. This will help us to handle the relationship between the land resource management and economic development in high and cold mountainous northwest Yunnan province correctly, so it can offer some correct suggestions for the scientific development of local social economy.
