不同种源地益母草干重和水苏碱含量的测定

Determination of Dry Weight and Stachyose Alkali Content of Leonurus Artemisia from Different Sources

摘要:

为了解国内各主产区益母草干重和水苏碱含量的变化,本试验收集浙江省内(10个)和省外(9个)益母草(Leonurus Artemisia)的种子在浙江丽水进行种植,通过测定益母草的干重和不同时期水苏碱含量,来比较判断19个样本表现。结果表明:供试样品中来自丽水莲都及周边地区的益母草干重明显大于其他种源地益母草;来自浙江省内的益母草苗期和花蕾期的水苏碱含量均明显高于来自其他省份的益母草。干重和水苏碱含量均较高的为来自浙江省内的益母草。为此,从药材质量和产量效益角度考虑,在浙西南地区人工栽培益母草应优先考虑从当地收集种源。

Abstract:

The aim was to study the dry weight and stachyose alkali content of Leonurus Artemisia. This study determined and analyzed the dry weight and stachyose alkali content of Leonurus Artemisia, through collecting Leonurus Artemisia seeds (10 samples from Zhejiang province and 9 samples from other provinces) and planting these seeds in Lishui, Zhejiang province. The results showed that: the dry weight and stachyose alkali content of the Leonurus Artemisia samples from Liandu and surrounding areas of Lishui are significantly higher than that of other samples. As a result, the seeds should be collected locally considering the quality and productivity.
