摘要:

[目的]对猪CD169基因编码蛋白的性质及结构等进行分析、预测,并与人、鼠、牛等物种CD169进行了比较分析。[方法]利用生物信息学相关分析软件和比较基因组学方法对CD169基因序列和氨基酸序列进行氨基酸组成、磷酸化、糖基化和结构特征等进行分析和预测。[结果]生物信息学分析结果表明,猪CD169含有磷酸化和糖基化位点,具有信号肽结构和卷曲螺旋结构。[结论]该研究结果为深入研究CD169的受体功能、PRRSV感染的物种特异性或偏嗜性等提供有意的理论参考

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective: This research aimed to analyze the structure and characters of CD169 and to find the special property of pig CD169 compared to other animals. Method:CD169 gene and protein sequence were analyzed and predicted by using related bioinformatics software and comparative genomics methods. Result: The results showed that there is a high similarity of CD169 between swine and boss, and that porcine CD169 may contain signal peptide. It is predicted to contain phosphorylation sites and glycosylation sites, holding the coiled coil structure Conclusion: The research of CD169 protein will be very helpful to understand the function of CD169 as PRRSV receptor, and lay a foundation for studying the species-specific or tropism for PRRSV infection.
