香蕉、小麦中戊唑醇残留稳定性研究

Studies on the Residue Stabilization Analysis of Tebuconazole in Banana and Wheat with GC

摘要:

本文运用香蕉和小麦中戊唑醇残留检测方法,对1.0 mg/L的标准工作溶液、香蕉和小麦提取液、香蕉、小麦中添加戊唑醇标样分别在-20℃、4℃、25℃条件下分别保存1天、3天、5天、7天、10天、14天,进行稳定性试验,香蕉和小麦中添加浓度为1.0 mg/kg,14天后戊唑醇标准工作溶液分解率分别为6.95%、9.94%和15.92%,戊唑醇提取液14天后分解率分别为11.47%和19.64%、23.88%和23.12%、26.94%和27.49%,基质中添加样贮存7天后分解率分别为23.42%和27.18%、19.14%和26.73%。

Abstract:

A residue analysis method was established for tebuconazole. 1.0 mg/L of the tebuconazole standard working solution, bananas and wheat extraction, matrix spiked 1.0 mg/kg tebuconazole at -20℃, 4℃, 25℃ were preserved for 1 day, 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, 10 days and 14 days in the stability test. The results showed after 14 days tebuconazole decomposition rates of standard working solution were 6.95%, 9.94% and 15.92%, respectively. Tebuconazole extract after 14 days decomposition rates were 11.47% and 19.64%, 23.88% and 23.12%, 26.94% and 27.49%, matrix spiked samples decomposition storage for 7 days rates were 23.42% and 27.18%, 19.14% and 26.73%.
