锦州地区鸡大肠杆菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析

摘要：

由锦州地区不同类型鸡场采集疑似大肠杆菌病病料，分离出大肠杆菌15株。血清型鉴定试验确定14株的血清型，优势血清型为O15 、O35。并选择10种抗生素进行药敏试验，结果表明实验菌株耐药程度和多重耐药较为严重，耐药率在46.67%～100%，对5种以上抗生素耐药的菌株共有13株，占86.67%。

Abstract:

Samples were collected from the chiken that suspected as colibacillosis in Jinzhou district, 15 strains of Avian E.coli wew isolated. They were belonged to 14 serotypes,Serotype O15 、O35 constituted a majority of the isolates . Drug sensitive test were carried out on the 10 strains, the result showed that drug resistance and multi-drug resistant is serious, The sistant rate were 46.67%～100%，about 86.67% of the strains resist to more than 5 drugs in the test.
