广西岑溪田间自然诱发稻瘟病圃的建立及水稻品系的抗瘟性评价

Establishment of Natural Rice Blast Nursery and Resistance Evaluation of Rice Lines in Cenxi, Guangxi Province

摘要:

为了明确即将推广的水稻新品种对稻瘟病的抗感特性以及筛选一批抗性育种材料,在岑溪设立自然诱发病圃,对南方稻区国家水稻区试新品种、广西水稻区试新品种及部分水稻育种材料进行抗性鉴定。结果显示,参加国家区试、广西区试的1171个水稻新品种未有抗级以上的,中抗水平也只有极少数品种,大多数新品种都是感病或高感品种;11236份水稻育种材料表现高抗的有82份、抗级473份、中抗987份,筛选出一批抗性材料供抗病育种用。自然诱发病圃不仅可以用于推广品种的抗性监测,还可作为抗病育种筛选基地。

Abstract:

Rice blast is one of major diseases in rice production in Guangxi. In order to identify the resistance or susceptibility of new varieties and select some resistant breeding materials, natural nursery was established in Cenxi. New rice varieties which provided by national rice regional trial, Guangxi rice regional trial and some breeding materials were tested in Cenxi nursery. The results showed that, there was no variety resistant to rice blast in 1171 new varieties, only few varieties were moderate resistant to rice blast, most of them were susceptible or highly susceptible. There were 82 lines highly resistant in 11236 breeding lines, 473 lines were resistant and 987 lines were moderate resistant. Some resistant materials were selected and applied for breeding program. Natural nursery was not only applied for monitoring the resistance of popular varieties, but also used as resistant breeding base.
