农业高校档案资源建设研究初探

摘要：

中国高等学校正处一流大学、高水平特色大学建设的关键时期。高校档案资源作为高校宝贵的财富和重要的信息资源，在高校的改革和发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。笔者阐述了新时期高校档案资源建设的重要意义、内容和特点，提出高校档案资源建设要坚持宽泛性、特色性、互动性、实体档案和数字档案共建共存、科学保护和有效管理5个原则，并就如何做好新时期高校档案资源建设提出5点举措：（1）创建丰富、优质的档案资源库；（2）加快特色档案资源的整合开发；（3）提升档案利用服务的能力；（4）加强档案资源的保护和抢救；（5）开拓档案资源建设新路。

Abstract:

These days are the key duration for Chinese institutions of higher learning to improve the academic level to the first academic level university of the world or the high academic level featured university. The institutions of higher learning archives resources are the valuable resources and the important information resources. It plays a very important role on the reformation and development of the institutions of higher learning. This paper expatiated on the purports, content, and characteristics of constructing the archives resources during the new era. This study suggested that five principles should be insisted on, such as broad, characteristic, feed in and feedback, synchronous constructing and deposit for the substantiality archives resources and digital archives resources, and scientifically protecting and effectively management, during the archives resources constructing. This study also recommended the measures for constructing the archives resources during the new era as follows: (1) establishing the richness and high quality archives resources base; (2) expediting the integration and development for the featured archives resources; (3) improving the ability of archives utilization and servings; (4) strengthening the protecting and salvage; (5) exploring the new approach for constructing the archives resources.
