Research Progress on Alkaline-salt Tolerance of Tree Species

摘要:

土壤中的盐分是树木生存与生长的重要限制因子之一,开展树木的耐盐碱性研究是有效选择强抗盐碱树木的基础。笔者概述了近年来树木耐盐碱性研究进展,包括盐碱胁迫对树木生长发育、生理生化的影响以及基因工程在树木抗盐碱性研究上的运用,旨在为开展树木耐盐碱性研究、选育耐盐碱新品种提供参考,以期实现盐碱地的合理开发和有效利用。

Abstract:

Alkaline-salt press is one of the important limiting factors for the survival and growth of trees. To research the alkaline-salt tolerance is the basis for effective selection of high salt-tolerance of tree species. The research development of alkaline-salt tolerance of tree species, including alkaline-salt press on growth and physiology, and the utilization of gene engineering were summarized. Also, some suggestions were as references for us to study salt resistance in tree species and breed new plants of salt-tolerance and in order to realize rational utilization and sustainable development of saline-alkaline land.
