兴安圆柏扦插生根过程中相关内源激素特征分析

Analysis of the Characteristics of Endogenous Hormones During Root Formation of Sabina davurica (Pall.) Ant.

摘要:

为了提高兴安圆柏扦插生根率,探讨兴安圆柏的扦插生根机理,以改进的HPLC法测定了兴安圆柏插穗生根过程中5种内源激素的含量变化。结果表明:生根初期,插穗有1个衰老过程,插穗生根部位的IAA、ABA、IAA/ABA和GA含量均呈降低趋势,ZT变化不明显;与对照相比,激素处理提高了扦插初期插穗生根部位IAA、IAA/ABA值,而降低了GA含量,这些变化都促进了插穗生根;激素处理虽然不能改变插穗内部ABA的含量,却促进了IAA由茎尖向插穗基部的运输;IAA/ABA值较高以及低浓度的GA含量,都有利于愈伤和根源基的形成;插穗内源激素的动态平衡,共同调控不定根的发生。

Abstract:

In order to discuss the cottage rotting mechanism and lay the theoretical foundation for enhancing the cottage and rooting rate of Sabina davurica (Pall.) Ant, the changes of 5 endogenous hormones during the rooting process of cutting of Sabina davurica (Pall.) Ant. was detected by improved HPLC. The results showed that the cuttings had a senescence process and the contents of IAA, ABA, IAA/ABA and GA in the root inducing parts of cuttings decreased during the initial rooting stage, but the changes of the ZT were unclearly. The external indolebutyric acid (IBA) and nathphylacetic acid (NAA) could increase the contents of the contents of IAA, IAA/ABA in the root inducing parts of cuttings, but they decreased the contents of GA in the same parts. All the changes were good for rooting and they could increase the survival rate. All treatments could not change the contents of ABA, but they could promote the transportation of IAA from the top to bottom of cuttings. The higher IAA/ZT and the lower GA concentration were good for the formation of callus tissue and adventitious root primordia. The dynamic balances of endogenous hormone regulated inducing of adventitious root.
