木霉菌的分离对淮安市园艺作物

Isolation of Trichoderma Viride and Their Control of Horticulture Pathogenic Fungi in Huaian

摘要:

为了筛选出对环境适应性强的木霉菌品种,研究木霉菌温度对本地园艺作物真菌抑制病害的影响。从5种条件不同的土壤中,分离出5个木霉菌株,通过筛选选出3个木霉菌品种,分别为HT-0902、HT-0903和HT-0904。结果表明,3个木霉菌能以浸染、缠绕方式寄生在园艺植物病原真菌上,但对各病原真菌的抑制效果有差异。与标杭相比较,木霉菌防治效果慢,随着时间延长,效果逐渐增强。另外木霉菌防治效果受到外界温度影响较大。

Abstract:

In order to choose environmental adaptability of Trichoderma species, and to study the effects of temperature on the inhibition of disease, Five Trichoderma viride were isolated from five soil of different condition. Three Trichoderma viride named HT-0902, HT-0903 and HT-0904 was screened. Three Trichoderma viride could parasitic pathogenic fungi of horticulture through enwind, infection etc, but the control efficiency was different among them. compared with BiaoKang, control efficiency of Trichoderma viride was slowed, but increased with time. Moreover, control efficiency of Trichoderma viride was markedly affected by temperature.
