不同地区短葶飞蓬总黄酮含量与PAL和4CL酶活性的比较

摘要:

为了探讨短葶飞蓬总黄酮含量地区差异形成的原因,从酶的角度揭示药用植物有效成分不同的原因;采集云南省不同地区短葶飞蓬野生植株,活体采回实验室4℃条件保存,鲜叶测定酶活性,剩余部分烘干研磨测定化学有效成分,比较它们总黄酮含量和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)及4-香豆酸辅酶A连接酶(4CL)的活性。短葶飞蓬总黄酮含量和相关酶活性都存在空间差异,其中总黄酮含量最低地区仅为最高地区的20.47%;总黄酮含量和PAL及4CL活性都为昆明待补地区最低,并且它们之间有正相关关系,说明产地间短葶飞蓬植株总黄酮含量的差异与合成过程的不同有关,但是合成的不同不能解释全部差异,总黄酮含量的不同还可能有其他原因。

Abstract:

To study reasons for difference in content of the total flavonoid in different areas,and to reveal the reason from enzymes about difference of active ingredients of medicinal plants. Pick the wild Erigeron breviscapus from different areas in Yunnan Province, and put them back to laboratory alive and store in 4℃. Set out the activities of enzymes from fresh leaves,and triturate the remainder use to analyse the total flavonoid content. Based on the comparison between the total flavonoid content and the activities of enzymes of plenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) and 4-coumarate coenzyme A ligase(4CL) in Erigeron breviscapus from different areas. There were variations in total flavonoid content and the activities of enzymes of E. breviscapus growing in different producing areas, and total flavonoid content in the lowest content producing areas were 20.47%, the lowest content producing areas of the total flavonoid content and the activities of enzymes of PAL and 4CL are in Kunming, and positively correlation among them. The content of flavonoids in plants growing in different areas varied with differences in their synthesis, but there are other reasons affect the content of flavonoids in Erigeron breviscapus from different areas.
