山银花叶中绿原酸水提工艺研究

Study on the Water Extraction Technology of Caffeotannic Acid from the leaf of Lonicera confuse DC.

摘要: 目的:研究以水为溶剂提取山银花叶中绿原酸的最佳工艺条件。方法:通过单因素实验研究各因素对绿原酸提取率的影响,应用正交实验优化工艺条件。结果:水提取山银花叶绿原酸最佳工艺条件为:提取温度为100℃,pH值为4,提取时间1h,料液比1:18。结论:在最佳条件下,绿原酸提取率为2.83%。

Abstract: Objective:The extraction technology of caffeotannic acid from Lonicera confuse DC. leaf was studied with water as solvent.Methods:Main factors influencing the extraction of caffeotannic acid from the leaves of Lonicera confuse DC. were studied by single factor experiments,and then optimized conditions for the extraction of caffeotannic acid were studied by orthogonal test.Results:Optimized conditions were obtained as follows:extraction temperature 100℃;pH=4;extraction time 1h;material to solvent 1:18.Conclusion:The extraction ratio of caffeotannic acid was 2.83% in the optimized conditions.
