安徽省及周边省份小麦生产效率DEA分析

Analysis on Wheat Productive Efficiency in Anhui Province and Surrounding Provinces Based on DEA

摘要: 为了研究安徽省及周边省份小麦生产效率,采用DEA方法和Malmquist指数方法,利用安徽省及周边省份2003—2011年的小麦投入产出数据,实证分析了安徽及周边省份小麦生产效率的变动情况。结果表明,在2003—2011年期间,安徽省及周边省份小麦的综合技术效率不高;小麦全要素生产率未达到有效前沿,技术进步呈退步趋势,技术效率有所上升。因此,加快安徽省及周边省份引进先进技术来提高小麦生产效率是小麦生产持续增产的关键。

Abstract: In order to research wheat productive efficiency in Anhui Province and Surrounding Provinces, the changes of efficiency productivity of wheat were analyzed by the means of DEA and Malmquist index with the input-output data of Anhui and surrounding provinces from 2003 to 2011. The results showed that, from 2003 to 2011, the comprehensive technical efficiency of wheat production was not high in Anhui and surrounding provinces; total factor productivity of wheat did not achieve the effective frontier; technological progress tended to be retrograde, while technical efficiency tended to be rising. So, the key factor of sustainable increasing of wheat yield was to accelerated introduce advanced technique to increasing the efficiency of wheat production in Anhui and surrounding provinces.
