抗倒酯浸种对多年生黑麦草幼苗生长及生理特性的影响

Effects of Soaking Seeds with Trinexapac-ethyl on Growthand Physiological Characters of Perennial Ryegrass

摘要: 为了探讨抗倒酯在草坪草苗期的应用,采用盆栽实验,研究了5种不同浓度抗倒酯浸种对多年生黑麦草‘Derbby’的出苗率、幼苗生长及生理性状的影响。结果表明,在50~150μL/L范围内抗倒酯浸种降低了出苗速度,但对最终出苗率无显著影响;50~200μL/L浸种处理抑制了叶片的伸长生长,降低了草层高度,减缓了幼苗的生长速度,同时显著增加叶片叶绿素含量,提高了坪观质量。100、150、200μL/L的抗倒酯处理降低了叶片丙二醛的含量,使幼苗叶片保护酶系统的活性显著高于对照。因此,抗倒酯浸种提升了多年生黑麦草苗期草坪质量及幼苗植株的抗性。

Abstract: A pot experiment was conducted to explore the application of trinexapac- ethyl (TE) on turfgrass seedling. The effects of soaking seed with five concentrations of TE on the seeding rate, growth and physiological characters of the perennial ryegrass cultivar‘Derbby’were investigated. The results showed that: 50-150μL/L range soaking treatment reduced the emergence speed, but had no significant effects on the final seeding rate; It lowered the growth rate significantly and had remarkable effects on the turf quality within 50- 200μL/L. Treated with concentrations 100, 150, 200μL/L,‘Derbby’seedlings’chlorophyll content increased, MDA content dropped and POD, CAT and APX activity increased. TE soaking improved the quality of perennial ryegrass seedlings and enhanced plant resistance.
