主要农作物秸秆资源调查及能源化利用评价——以安徽省为例

Main Crop Straw Resources Investigation and Energy Utilization Evaluation——Taking Anhui Province As An Example

摘要: 秸秆资源统计是其综合利用的前提。按照农业部标准NY/T 1701-2009《农作物秸秆资源考察与评估技术规范》中的技术方法,以安徽省为例,采用2013 年《安徽统计年鉴》提供的统计数据,对主要农作物秸秆资源进行了统计分析与能源化利用评价。结果表明:安徽省主要农作物秸秆年理论资源量4487.99 万t,年可收集资源量3878.84 万t,年人均资源量72.88 kg/人;水稻、小麦和玉米秸秆是安徽省主要的作物秸秆资源,3 者合计可占秸秆资源总量的82.23%,年可收集量分别为1567.86、1539.43 和582.98 万t;皖北地区秸秆资源占全省资源总量的49.75%;江淮之间为32.08%;皖南山区为18.17%,呈现出明显的由北向南逐步递减的整体趋势。在此基础上,结合秸秆能源化利用方式,将安徽省秸秆资源利用能源化利用划分为重点开发区(A区)、适度开发区(B区)和限制开发区(C区)等3 个区域。为安徽省秸秆资源开发及能源化利用提供参考。

Abstract: Straw resource statistics is the precondition of its comprehensive utilization. Taking Anhui province as an example, this paper carries out statistical analysis and evaluation of energy utilization in line with the methods in the standard of Ministry of Agriculture NY/T 1701- 2009 Straw Resources Investigation and Specifications of Technical Assessment with statistical data of 2013 Anhui Statistical Yearbook. The results show that: the amount of the main crop straw resources in Anhui Province has reached 44.8799 million tons per year theoretically, and its annual collectible amount has been 38.7884 million tons, with annual per capita resource of 72.88kg. Rice, wheat and corn stalk are the main crop straw resources in Anhui province, all of which accounts for 82.23% of the total amount of the main straw resources, and their annual collectible amount are 15.6786 million tons, 15.3943 million tons and 5.8298 million tons, respectively. In addition, the straw resources in northern Anhui province accounts for 49.75% of that in the whole province, with central Anhui 32.08% and southern Anhui 18.17%, which presents the trend of progressive decrease from the north to the south. On this basis, combined with the energy utilization of straw resources, utilization methods in Anhui province can be divided into the key development area (area A), moderate development area (B area) and restricted development area (area C).This paper also provides reference for development and energy utilization of straw resources in Anhui province.
