微生物菌肥对日光温室西瓜成活率、发病率和产量的影响

Effect of Microbial Fertilizers on Survival Rate, Morbidity and Yield of Watermelon in Solar Greenhouse

摘要: 试验选择解淀粉芽孢杆菌(YBGJ)、EM菌原液、木霉菌(MMJ)3 种微生物菌肥,研究对日光温室西瓜根际进行灌溉处理的影响。结果表明:使用3 种微生物菌肥灌根均能够促进西瓜生长,不同微生物菌肥处理对西瓜幼苗枯萎病发病率影响极显著(P<0.01),使用YBGJ能够有效降低枯萎病的发病率且效果最好;EM菌施入1 年后西瓜根茎发病情况有所改善,使用YBGJ后叶片发病情况也明显好转,根肿病的发病率也随之降低。各处理对西瓜产量没有显著差异(P>0.05),但从西瓜产量均值来看YBGJ 效果最好,排列顺序为YBGJ>EM>MMJ>CK。使用微生物菌肥对西瓜灌根后,与对照相比较,成活率、枯萎病发病率和产量都有所改善,建议在日光温室蔬菜生产上推广使用微生物菌肥。

Abstract: The authors used 3 kinds of microbial fertilizers (YBGJ, EM, MMJ) to study their effects on watermelon roots. The results showed that after the application of three microbial fertilizers, the growth of watermelon was promoted, there was significant difference among the three treatments on the morbidity of seedlings (P <0.01), YBGJ could effectively decrease the morbidity of wilt and had the best effect; after 1 year of the application of EM, the morbidity of watermelon root and stem decreased, after the application of YBGJ, the morbidity of leaf decreased and morbidity of clubroot decreased. There was no significant difference among the treatments on the yield (P >0.05), treatment YBGJ had better effect on yield, the order was YBGJ>EM> MMJ>CK. After the use of microbial fertilizers, survival rate, morbidity and yield were all improved compared with those of CK, the use of microbial fertilizer on vegetable in greenhouse should be suggested.
