刺槐在盐胁迫下的生理响应及耐盐性综合评价

Physiological Response and Salt Tolerance of Robinia pseudoacacia L. Under Salt Stress

摘要: 为了研究四个刺槐品种(豫刺1号、豫引1号、豫引2号、3-I)在不同浓度NaCl胁迫处理下的生理响应并对其耐盐性进行评价排序。本研究采用不同浓度(0nmol/L、200nmol/L、400nmol/L)NaCl胁迫处理,研究四个一年生刺槐品种的生理响应水平变化情况,并根据十项生理指标的统计结果,利用隶属函数法对刺槐的耐盐性进行综合评价。结果表明,不同刺槐品种在不同浓度NaCl胁迫下的生理指标响应水平各不相同。四个刺槐品种的耐盐性依次为豫引1号>豫刺1号>豫引2号>3-I。

Abstract: The different physiological responses in four Robinia pseudoacacia L. varieties (Yuci No.1, Yuyin No.1, Yuyin No.2 and 3-I) were studied and their salt tolerance order were studied by comparing their tolerances to different NaCl concentrations stress. Four varieties of Robinia pseudoacacia L. annual plantlet were treated with 0nmol/L, 200nmol/L and 400nmol/L NaCl. 10 physiological indexes of leaves were statistically analyzed for comprehensive evaluation on salt resistance by applying the method of subordinate function. The results showed that the response levels of physiological and biochemical indexes of the leaves were different on the different Robinia pseudoacacia varieties with different salt concentrations. The salt resistance capability decreased in order of Yuyin No.1, Yuci No.1, Yuyin No.2 and 3-I.
