转基因玉米的科学知识图谱研究——基于Citespace的计量分析

Study on Mapping Knowledge Domains of Transgenic Maize: Based on Citespace

摘要: 为了分析全球转基因玉米研究的热点与趋势,基于文献计量法,以Web of Science 数据库核心期刊收录的2005—2015 年间转基因玉米研究的文献为样本,利用Citespace 软件对转基因玉米研究的科学知识图谱进行可视化分析。通过检索式检索,符合要求的文献共2851篇,经过排重筛选后为2701篇,文献量整体趋势呈平稳状态且有上升趋势。通过Citespace 软件绘制关于学者合作网络、机构合作网络、文献共被引分析、作者共被引分析及关键词共现网络的科学知识图谱。通过聚类分析发现中国科研学者与机构在转基因玉米研究中占据数量优势,但是在引文被引方面,外国学者及其文章的重要性高于中国的学者及其文章。另外,全球转基因玉米研究热点主要围绕菌群、基因、蛋白质、稳定性等方面。

Abstract: To analyze the hotspots and trend of the study on global transgenic maize, the paper collected literature on transgenic maize from 2005 to 2015 which are included in the core journals in the database of Web science as samples and used Citespace for visual analysis of mapping knowledge domain of studies on transgenic maize, based on the bibliometric method. As a result, 2701 pieces of documents have been sifted out from 2851 pieces of documents which have been retrieved according to the search strategy, the literature are in a stable situation and show a tendency of increase. The paper analyzed the scientific knowledge graphs on co-authors analysis network, co-institutions analysis network, author co-citation analysis network, citation analysis network and keyword co-appearance network by using Citespace software. Therefore, in cluster analysis, it is found that in the study on transgenic maize, Chinese scholars and institutions hold an advantage in quantity while the citation of foreigners’ literature is higher than Chinese. Besides, the focus of global research is mainly about flora, genes, protein and resistant, etc.
