木豆不同生长期叶片总黄酮含量研究

Study on the Total Flavonoids of the Pigeonpea Leaves in Different Growth Periods

摘要: 为提高木豆叶利用价值,科学合理开发利用木豆叶资源,测试了131份木豆品种现花期木豆叶总黄酮含量及研究不同采收期木豆叶黄酮含量的动态变化规律。通过测定不同生长期木豆叶总黄酮的含量,得知从播种后75天至结荚期,木豆叶总黄酮含量随生长时间的延长而不断增加,呈现明显的累积现象,结荚期的总黄酮含量最高。若以黄酮类化合物作为评价木豆叶药材质量的指标性成分,则可确定黄酮含量高的木豆资源及木豆叶的最佳采收期,此结果为木豆叶的质量评价、选材和采收期的确定提供一定的理论参考。

Abstract: To improve the use value of the pigeonpea leaves and exploit the pigeonpea resources reasonably, the total flavonoids of leaves were tested from 131 pigeonpea accessions at flowering stage, and the dynamics trends of total flavonoids of pigeonpea leaves in different harvesting time were determined. Results showed that the total flavonoids content in the pigeonpea leaves increased with time from 75 days after seeding to fluting period, the highest values were found in the fluting period. If taking the flavonoids as the index component for quality determination of pigeonpea leaves, the pigeonpea resources with high flavonoids content and the best harvesting time for pigeonpea leaves were obtained from our study. Therefore, the research offered reference for the right species, collecting time and quality evaluation of pigeonpea leaves.
