摘要： 以贵州甘蔗新良种的更新换代需要为目标，以甘蔗良种繁育基地建设为核心，以先进适用技术的试验示范和推广应用为依托，以甘蔗良种基地产业化发展措施为手段，切实加强贵州甘蔗良种的引（育）筛选、试验示范、综合鉴定、繁育推广、技术培训、参观学习、辐射带动等多功能配套的甘蔗良种繁育基地建设，使贵州甘蔗新良种的推广应用逐步达到试验示范统一、评价标准一致、品种结构合理、栽培技术配套、供求关系协调之目的，并引导贵州甘蔗良种繁育基地建设向产业化集约经营的方向发展，进一步推动贵州甘蔗生产的良种化进程。

Abstract: Take renewal and change of improved varieties of sugarcane as target, construction of breeding bases of improved varieties as core, bring forth new ideas and utilization of advanced and applicable technique as support, measure of industrializaticn development as method, strengthen construction of sugarcane base of varietal breeding、 experiment and demonstration、overall appraisal、 popularization、technological training、 visit and study、 radiate development et，achieve purpose of integrate experiment uith demonstration、 appraisal system perfect、 varietal structure rational、cultural technique form a complete set、relation between supply and demand coordination, enable get imto uninterrupted developmental way of industrailization management，advantage course of improved varieties development of sugarcane production in Guizhou.
