Abstract: Set out from the broad sense of water resources, the quality, quantity and distribute characteristic of agricultural water resources in the dry land south of Niogxia were discussed in the paper. In this region there are 14.90millions m3 agriculture water resources that is 93.35percent of the tote water resources, and there are 6.53millions m3 soil water resources that is an important source of recovering and developing ecosystem and agriculture production such as dry－planters, meadows, woodless etc . The paper forwards some plans and steps of Sustainable using of agriculture water resources. It adores to the present state and the problems of exploiting and using the water resources of this region.
