基施富硒肥对菜薹生长和营养元素的影响

Effects of Basal Application of Selenium-enriched Fertilizer on Growth and Nutrient Elements’ Content of Chinese Flowering Cabbage

摘要:

为研究在基肥中施用不同浓度的硒肥对菜薹生长的影响,筛选合适的施肥量,以“农科”富硒肥为材料,设置5个硒肥处理组(硒肥用量0(CK)、225.0、337.5、450.0、562.5 kg/hm2),测定不同处理的菜薹相关的生理指标。结果显示,基肥中施用不同质量的硒肥,对菜薹的植株生长性状没有显著影响;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性随着施肥量的增加呈显著上升趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量随着施肥量的增加呈显著下降趋势;随着施肥量的增加,葡萄糖和蔗糖的含量降低,而果糖含量呈显著上升趋势;低浓度时硒促进了菜薹对氮、磷、钾吸收,高浓度时硒抑制了菜薹对氮、磷、钾的吸收;随着施肥量的增加菜薹硒的含量呈上升趋势,4个处理菜薹鲜样中硒含量分别达到0.059、0.096、0.107、0.133 mg/kg,是对照的19.66~44.33倍。研究结果可为指导大田生产富硒菜薹提供试验依据。

Abstract:

The aim is to assess the effect of exogenous Se fertilizer on yield and nutritional status of Chinese flowering cabbage (Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis var. utilis). In this study, “Nongke” selenium enriched fertilizer was used as the material, and five different doses (0, 225.0, 337.5, 450.0, 562.5 kg/hm2) were supplied via basal fertilization. The results showed that the selenium enriched fertilizer addition did not markedly improve the plant growth parameters at all test concentrations. The activities of SOD, POD and CAT and the contents of fructose increased significantly in a dose dependent manner in “Nongke” treated plants compared to that of non-treated, however, the contents of MDA, glucose and sucrose showed a decreasing trend with the increase of fertilizer amount. The up-take of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium by Chinese flowering cabbage plants were promoted by basal application of lower concentrations of selenium enriched fertilizer, but was inhibited by higher fertilizer amount. With the increase of the amount of selenium fertilizer, the selenium content increased significantly in the flower stalk of Chinese flowering cabbage, reaching 0.059, 0.096, 0.107, 0.133 mg/kg, respectively, 19.66-44.33 times of that of the control plant.
