小麦成熟期N、P养分利用效率鉴定初探

The Identification of N and P Nutrient Utilization Efficiency in Mature Wheat

摘要:

旨在筛选氮素和磷素高效利用的小麦品种(种质),为高效小麦育种和肥高效栽培技术提供参考;试验共设3个处理:对照处理(CK)、低氮处理(LN)、低磷处理(LP),根据小麦成熟期籽粒产量,参考小麦良种攻关养分利用效率鉴定公式,计算养分利用效率。结果表明:氮素利用效率鉴定指标(NUI)≥1.300,磷素利用效率鉴定指标(PUI)≥1.100,认定为氮素和磷素养分高效材料。共筛选出20份氮素利用高效材料,分别为‘淄麦28’、‘临麦4号’、‘泰山27’、‘良星66’、‘烟农999’、‘山农23’、‘山农29’、‘山农30’、‘鑫麦296’、‘烟农21’、‘良星517’、‘AN01’、‘烟农173’、‘烟1212’、‘师栾02-1’、‘泰科麦34’、‘泰山28’、‘泰田麦118’、‘烟181’和‘山农25’;共筛选出15份磷素利用高效材料,分别为‘淄麦28’、‘山农23’、‘山农29’、‘山农30’、‘山农20’、‘裕田麦119’、‘良星517’、‘山农111’、‘AN01’、‘烟农19’、‘烟1212’、‘泰科麦34’、‘良星66’、‘山农25’、‘裕田麦118’;共筛选出9份氮磷均高效利用材料,分别为‘淄麦28’、‘山农23’、‘山农29’、‘山农30’、‘良星517’、‘AN01’、‘烟1212’、‘泰科麦34’和‘泰田麦118’。通过计算养分利用效率筛选出的资源高效型品种(系)和种质,为小麦资源高效型品种选育提供理论参考。

Abstract:

The study aims to screen wheat varieties with high N and P utilization efficiency, and provide reference for high efficiency wheat breeding and high efficiency fertilizer cultivation technology. Three treatments were set up: control treatment (CK), low nitrogen treatment (LN) and low phosphorus treatment (LP). Nutrient utilization efficiency was calculated according to the grain yield of wheat at maturity stage and the formula of nutrient utilization efficiency identification for improved wheat varieties. NUI(Nitrogen Use Index)≥1.300 and PUI(Phosphorus Use Index)≥1.100 were considered to be high nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient efficient materials. 20 materials with high nitrogen utilization efficiency were screened, which were ‘Zimai 28’, ‘Linmai 4’, ‘Taishan 27, ‘Liangxing 66, ‘Yannong 999, ‘Shannong 23, ‘Shannong 29, ‘Shannong 30, ‘Xinmai 296, ‘Yannong 21’, ‘Liangxing 517’, ‘AN01’, ‘Yannong 173’, ‘Yan 1212’, ‘Shiluan 02-1’, ‘Taikemai 34’, ‘Taishan 28’, ‘Taitianmai 118’, ‘Yan 181’ and ‘Shannong 25’. 15 materials with high phosphorus utilization efficiency were screened, which were ‘Zimai 28’, ‘Shannong 23’, ‘Shannong 29’, ‘Shannong 30’, ‘Shannong 20’, ‘Yutianmai119’, ‘Liangxing 517’, ‘Shannong 111’, ‘AN01’, ‘Yannong 19’, ‘Yan 1212’, ‘Taikemai 34’, ‘Liangxing 99’, ‘Shannong 25’ and ‘Yutianmai 118’. 9 materials with high nitrogen and phosphorus utilization efficiency were screened, which were ‘Zimai 28’, ‘Shannong 23’, ‘Shannong 29’, ‘Shannong 30’, ‘Liangxing 517’, ‘AN01’, ‘Yan 1212’, ‘Taikemai 34’ and ‘Taitianmai 118’ respectively. Based on the calculation of nutrient utilization efficiency, the resource-efficient varieties (lines) and germplasm were selected to provide theoretical reference for the breeding of resource-efficient varieties of wheat.
