高温对美洲斑潜蝇蛹的致死效应

摘要: 室内设定的高温与时间多组合条件下,调查了置于细砂土中的美洲斑潜蝇蛹的羽化率。结果表明,50℃持续2h蛹的校正死亡率为67.2%;44℃处理2h蛹的校正死亡率接近50℃相应处理,48℃、46℃、42℃、40℃的相应处理均显著不及50℃处理。50℃处理4h、48℃处理24h、40~46℃处理72h,蛹的羽化率均为0。说明温度高低、历时长短与蛹的死亡率直接相关。田间防治试验表明,高温闷棚5~7d以上,美洲斑潜蝇蛹无一羽化,较好地降低了发生基数,为田间美洲斑潜蝇的生态防治提供了技术参数。

Abstract: The effects of high temperature and time combinations were tested on the rate of emergence of Liriomyza sativae Blanchard. The corrected mortality rate was 67.2% at 50℃ after 2 h treatment. The mortality rate at 44℃ for 2 h was close to 50℃. Others treatment had significant difference compared to 50℃. No adult was emergence at the treated of 50℃ for 4hours, 48℃ for 24hours and 40-46℃ for 72hours, that indicating the temperature and period had a direct effect on the mortality of pupae. Field experiments showed that no adult was emerged when treated by high- temperature windtight shed for 5-7days, and markedly reduced the population of Liriomyza sativae Blanchard.
