摘要: 以3叶期玉米幼苗为材料,研究叶面喷施抗逆增产剂10号(简称抗10)对低温干旱双重胁迫下玉米植株的生长与光合、呼吸、蒸腾、荧光等生理代谢特性的影响。结果表明:抗10处理提高了玉米植株的鲜重、株高、净光合速率,促进暗呼吸速率增加,表观量子效率增加,气孔导度减小,蒸腾速率下降,胞间CO2浓度降低,同时还促使叶绿素a荧光量子产额下降(未达到显著水平),但是提高了PSII的光化学转化效率和潜在活性。这些参数变化表明抗10主要通过诱导保护机制提高玉米幼苗在双重逆境胁迫下的生长与净光合速率。

Abstract: Foliar application with stress-resistant and yield-increasing medium 10 (abbreviated as SR-10) to 3-leafed young seedlings of maize promoted the fresh weight, height, and net photosynthetic rate under double stress of drought and chilling (DSDC). SR-10 treatment also increased dark respiration, apparent quantum yield, decreased stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, and intercellular CO2 concentration. Furthermore, SR-10 treatment led to reduction in chlorophyll a fluorescence quantum yields, while increased photochemical efficiencies and potential activity of PSII. The data presented in this paper suggested that increased net photosynthetic rate induced by SR-10 under DSDC might be associated with induction of protective mechanism.
