不同产地草果种质资源抗寒性评价

摘要:

本研究旨在筛选抗寒能力较强的草果种质资源,为草果的杂交育种和栽培提供重要依据,推动草果产业的可持续发展。将出苗至移栽满6个月的不同产地的草果植株作为材料,进行低温胁迫3 d(低温恒温培养箱参数:4℃,12 h黑暗,12 h光照,90%湿度),测定其生理生化指标,运用相关性分析、主成分分析和隶属函数分析对不同产地的草果种质资源进行抗寒性综合评价。结果表明:低温胁迫下(4℃),草果叶片叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶活性下降,电导率、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量呈现不同程度上升。通过隶属函数分析得到抗寒性强弱综合排序依次为:DH-LC>BS-TC>NJ-GS-GLB>WS-MG>PE-ZY>PE-LC。6个不同产地的供试种质中DH-LC的抗寒能力最强,可将DH-LC作为草果抗寒杂交育种和栽培的良好材料。

Abstract:

The research aims to screen out the germplasm resource of Amomun tsao-ko with high cold resistance, provide a basis for hybrid breeding and cultivation of Amomun tsao-ko and facilitate the sustainable development of the Amomun tsao-ko industry. Taking Amomun tsao-ko plants from different origins which has been grown for 6 months as test materials, the materials were cultured under low temperature stress for 3 days (low temperature incubator parameters: 4℃, 12 hours of darkness, 12 hours of light, 90% humidity), the physiological indexes related to cold resistance were measured, and cold resistance of the Amomun tsao-ko germplasm resources of different origins was comprehensively evaluated by using correlation anailsis, principal component analysis and membership function analysis. The results showed that under low temperature (4℃) stress, the chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzyme activity in the leaves of Amomun tsao-ko decreased, while the electrical conductivity, malondialdehyde content, soluble sugar content, and soluble protein content increased to varying degrees. The rank of the cold resistance of the Amomun tsao-ko obtained by the membership function analysis is DH-LC>BS-TC>NJ-GS-GLB>WS-MG>PE-ZY>PE-LC. Among the 6 germplasms from different origins, DH-LC has the best cold resistance, and it could be used as cold resistance material for hybrid breeding and cultivation.
