25个菠菜品种吸收累积镉的差异特征

Difference Characteristics of Cadmium Uptake and Accumulation of 25 Spinach Varieties

摘要:

为筛选适用于受镉污染菜田蔬菜安全生产的Cd低积累菠菜品种,采用土培试验研究25个菠菜品种吸收累积重金属Cd的差异特征,及Cd胁迫对菠菜吸收微量元素的影响。结果表明,在相同土壤Cd含量条件下,不同菠菜品种地上部的Cd含量、Cd富集系数均存在明显差异(P<0.05)。土壤加入1.0 mg/kg Cd时,不同品种菠菜地上部Cd含量为0.03~0.31 mg/kg,平均含量为0.17 mg/kg,有11个菠菜品种的Cd含量大于0.2 mg/kg;不同品种菠菜的富集系数为0.03~0.38。土壤加入5.0 mg/kg Cd时,菠菜地上部Cd含量为0.22~1.11 mg/kg,富集系数为0.04~0.22。土壤Cd胁迫促进了菠菜对Mn、Zn和Cu的吸收,抑制了菠菜对Fe的吸收。本研究初步确定‘京菠186’、‘秋喜’、‘巨元霸’和‘顶优’为低吸收积累镉菠菜品种。

Abstract:

In order to screen the low Cd accumulation spinach varieties which are suitable for safe production of vegetables in cadmium contaminated vegetable fields, the soil culture experiment was conducted in this study, the differences of Cd uptake and accumulation in 25 spinach cultivars and the effects of Cd stress on micronutrient uptake in spinach were studied. The results showed that there were significant differences in Cd content and Cd enrichment coefficient (P<0.05) in the aboveground parts of different spinach cultivars when the same Cd content (1.0, 5.0 mg/kg) was added to the soil. When the Cd content in soil was 1.0 mg/kg, the Cd content in 11 spinach varieties was more than 0.2 mg/kg, and the Cd content in aboveground parts of different spinach varieties ranged from 0.03 to 0.31 mg/kg, with an average content of 0.17 mg/kg, the enrichment coefficients of 25 spinach varieties ranged from 0.03 to 0.38. When the Cd content in soil was 5.0 mg/kg, the Cd content in aboveground parts of different spinach varieties ranged from 0.22 mg/kg to 1.11 mg/kg, the enrichment coefficients range from 0.04 to 0.22. Cd stress promoted the absorption of Mn, Zn and Cu by spinach, and inhibited the absorption of Fe by spinach. The spinach varieties of ‘Jingbo 186’, ‘Qiuxi’, ‘Juyuanba’ and ‘Dingyou’ were identified as low cadmium uptake and accumulation varieties.
