甘蔗斑茅属间远缘杂交BC3F1品系光合特性研究

Photosynthetic Characteristics of BC3F1 Lines of Intergeneric Hybrids Between Erianthus arundinaceus and Saccharum

摘要:

为了评价甘蔗斑茅属间远缘杂交后代BC3F1品系的光合特性,以华南农业大学甘蔗研究室培育的14个甘蔗斑茅属间远缘杂交后代BC3F1品系为材料,采用叶绿素仪和光合仪测定了参试材料一年新植、一年宿根田间甘蔗叶片叶绿素含量、气孔导度(Gs)、净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)和蒸腾速率(Tr)。研究结果表明14个BC3F1品系及对照(柳城05-136)的新植及宿根的叶片叶绿素含量、GsPnTr在苗期、分蘖期及拔节期均呈现升高的趋势,而Ci随生育时期的发展呈现下降的趋势。其中,HE15-30、HE15-71、HE15-77、HE15-61和HE15-63等5个品系的新植及宿根的叶片叶绿素含量、GsPnTr在苗期、分蘖期及拔节期3个生育时期均高于CK,而Ci均低于CK,表明这5个品系具有较强的光合生理特性。总之,本研究鉴定出5个光合特性优良的甘蔗斑茅BC3F1品系,为甘蔗高光效种质或亲本创新提供了途径。

Abstract:

In order to evaluate the photosynthetic characteristics of the BC3F1 lines derived from intergeneric hybrids between Erianthus arundinaceus and Saccharum, 14 BC3F1 lines bred by the sugarcane research laboratory of South China Agricultural University were used as experimental materials. Chlorophyll and photosynthetic instruments were used to measure the chlorophyll content, stomatal conductance (Gs), net photosynthetic rate (Pn), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), and transpiration rate (Tr) of sugarcane leaves in one-year new planting and one-year ratoon field experiments. The results showed that the leaf chlorophyll content, Gs, Pn and Tr of 14 BC3F1 lines and the control (Liucheng 05-136) showed an upward trend at seedling stage, tillering stage and jointing stage, while the Ci showed a downward trend with the development of growth stage. Among them, the chlorophyll content, Gs, Pn and Tr of new planting and ratoon of five lines (HE15-30, HE15-71, HE15-77, HE15-61 and HE15-63) were higher than CK at three growth stages, while Ci was lower than CK. In summary, this study identified five BC3F1 lines with excellent photosynthetic characteristics, providing a pathway for the innovation of sugarcane high photosynthetic efficiency germplasm or parents.
