河南省绿豆新品种(系)联合鉴定试验分析比较

New Mung Bean Varieties (lines) in Henan Province: Comparison and Analysis of Combined Identification Test

摘要:

针对河南省绿豆主产区品种更新缓慢、产量稳定性不足等问题,本研究通过郑州、南阳、洛阳、安阳多点联合鉴定,筛选高产稳产、适应性强的绿豆品种,为区域品种布局和市场推广提供理论参考。以2019—2020年度河南省绿豆新品种联合鉴定试验中各绿豆新品系为试验材料,采用统计分析方法比较农艺性状与产量表现。结果表明:‘郑绿19号’、‘郑绿20号’、‘安黄绿豆2号’、‘宛绿7号’两年平均产量分别为1936.80 kg/hm2、2219.03 kg/hm2、2009.40 kg/hm2、1971.38 kg/hm2,与对照品种‘郑绿8号’相比,分别增产3.18%、18.21%、7.04%、5.02%,增产试点均大于75%。‘宛黑绿1号’和‘宛绿F9’两年平均产量分别为1661.70 kg/hm2、1503.68 kg/hm2,分别比对照‘郑绿8号’减产11.48%和19.90%。参试绿豆品系农艺性状中,单株荚数变异系数最大(20.43%),生育期变异系数最小(3.77%)。相关分析结果表明,产量与单株荚数呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与生育期(P<0.05)、主茎节数(P<0.01)呈极显著负相关;单株荚数与主茎分枝呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与生育期呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。综上所述,‘郑绿20号’在河南省多试点高产稳产特性突出,适应性强,具有重要的推广应用价值。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems of slow variety renewal and insufficient yield stability in the main producing areas of mung bean in Henan Province, this study was conducted through multi-point joint identification of Zhengzhou, Nanyang, Luoyang and Anyang to screen out the high and stable yield mung bean varieties suitable for planting in Henan Province, and to provide theoretical reference for breeding improvement and market promotion. The new mung bean lines in the joint identification test of new mung bean varieties in Henan Province from 2019 to 2020 were used as test materials, and the field performance, yield results and agronomic traits in test sites were compared by statistical analysis. The average yields of 'Zhenglyu 19', 'Zhenglyu 20', 'Anhuang mung bean 2' and 'Wanlyu 7' in two years were 1936.80 kg/hm2, 2219.03 kg/hm2, 2009.40 kg/hm2, 1971.38 kg/hm2, respectively. Compared with the control variety 'Zhenglyu 8', the yield was increased by 3.18%, 18.21%, 7.04% and 5.02%, respectively. The average yield of 'Wanheilyu 1' and 'Wanlyu F9' was 1661.70 kg/hm2 and 1503.68 kg/hm2, respectively, which was 11.48% and 19.90% lower than that of ' Zhenglyu 8'. The coefficient of variation of pod number per plant was the largest in the agronomic traits of the tested mung bean lines, which was 20.43%. The variation coefficient of growth period was the smallest, only 3.77%. The results of correlation analysis showed that the yield was significantly positively correlated with the number of pods per plant, significantly negatively correlated with the growth period and the number of nodes on the main stem. The number of pods per plant was significantly positively correlated with the main stem branch, and significantly negatively correlated with the growth period. Plant height was significantly positively correlated with the number of main stem nodes and significantly negatively correlated with pod length. In summary, the four mung bean lines such as 'Zhenglyu 19' in this study were relatively stable in Henan Province, and had certain promotion value and application value, which provided a theoretical basis for the breeding of new mung bean varieties and the utilization of germplasm resources.
