双丙环虫酯国内研究进展

Domestic Research Progress of Afidopyropen

摘要:

为评估双丙环虫酯在中国农业害虫防治中的应用潜力,文章综述了其作用机理及综合应用效果。通过文献调研和数据分析,系统梳理2019—2024年国内双丙环虫酯的研究文献,涵盖毒力测定、田间防效、复配增效等数据。结果显示,双丙环虫酯对刺吸式口器害虫毒力显著(LC50为1.35~1368.71 mg/L),田间防效达70.89%~98.32%;与生物农药复配增效作用突出(共毒系数最高达677.13);且对天敌安全性高(棉蚜茧蜂寄生率降低<15%)。综上,双丙环虫酯兼具高效性与低风险性,是害虫综合治理的优选药剂。未来研究需着力优化复配技术并加强其环境行为研究。

Abstract:

To clarify the application potential of afidopyropen in agricultural pest control in China, this study reviews its mechanism of action and comprehensive application effects. Through literature research and data analysis, domestic research literature on afidopyropen from 2019 to 2024 were systematically reviewed, covering data such as toxicity assays, field efficacy, and synergistic effects of compound formulations. The LC50 of afidopyropen against piercing-sucking pests ranged from 1.35 to 1368.71 mg/L, with field control efficacy reaching 70.89%-98.32%. The highest co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) with biopesticides was 677.13, and it exhibited high safety to natural enemies (parasitism rate of Lysiphlebia japonica decreased by <15%). Afidopyropen demonstrates high efficacy and low-risk characteristics, and further optimization of compound formulations and environmental behavior studies are required.
