Abstract: Town and township enterprises are important parts of rural economy in our country, and also the important parts in establishing new socialistic countryside. In the past twenty years, town and township enterprises in our country have achieved great success. But in the new situation, lack and behindhand management of talents become the bottleneck of development of the town and township enterprises. In this paper, the current situation in town and township enterprises is analyzed from the views of talent strategies of town and township enterprises, which are brought out from the aspects of discovering talents, using talents, training talents, introducing talents and staying talents. The strategies are propitious to develop the town and township enterprises and make contribution to establish the new socialistic countryside.
