Abstract: To establish an input system of public finance to the farmer’s vocational education by expanding the government’s public financial support, optimizing the methods of the government’s public financial support, enhancing the supervision of the input fund in order to vigorously develop farmer’s vocational education, train millions of practical and technical rural personnels and improve the quality of rural labors, which has a far-reaching impact on stimulating agricultural development through scientific education, speeding up the structural adjustment of rural industries, increasing farmers’ income and keeping rural society stable.
