分子标记在花生育种中的应用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 简述了RFLP、ARPD、AFLP、SSR分子标记在花生育种中的应用，并提出了存在问题及解决方法。为了尽快将分子标记用于花生育种，应提高分子标记的稳定性，降低所需费用，提高自动化操作程度，积极做好中国花生种质资源的分子标记工作，以及与高产优质高抗有关的新基因鉴定利用及其他相关的标记和定位。

Abstract: General concept and kinds of molecular markers was given, such as RELP,RAPD,AFLPand SSR et al, its useness in peanut breeding, and includes some present problems and some ways to deal. In order to use molecular into peanut breeding, the stability and autmation degree of molecular markers should be improved, which the cost of markers should be reduced. We should actively do some reasearch on germplasm resources in China with molecular markers to find, use, mark weate some new gene with high yield, quality and sistance.
