冬小麦不同基因型氮素利用效率的差异及机理分析

摘要: 该研究在过去几年工作的基础上,根据当地常栽的10个冬小麦品种(陕253;陕229;小偃503;陕农78;陕225-47;小偃22;小偃128;小偃6号;西农1043;西农2208)的氮效率类型划分,从中选择氮高效高响型(小偃22)和低效低响型(小偃6号)2个冬小麦基因型,在高、中、低3个不同施氮水平下通过田间小区试验进一步研究其氮效率差异,并通过测定关键生育期叶片叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶、光合作用日变化等生理代谢指标探讨了产生这种差异的作用机理,以便为进一步选育氮高效作物品种提供理论依据。结果表明,在不同施氮水平下,小偃22的氮素利用效率均高于小偃6号,施氮提高了其氮素利用效率。同时,比较了引起2个小麦基因型氮素利用效率差异的机理,发现氮高效基因型在拔节期的硝酸还原酶活性、叶绿素含量和光合速率均高于氮低效型。

Abstract: After having been studying for past several years, the genotype with high effect high response (Xiaoyan22)and the genotype with low effect low response(Xiaoyan6) were screened from 10 local dominating winter wheat varieties (Shan253, Shan229, Xiaoyan 503, Shannong78, Shan225-47, Xiaoyan22, Xiaoyan128, Xiaoyan6, Xinong1043, Xinong2208). Under high, medium and low different nitrogen application rate, the field experiment was conducted to study the NUE difference of two different genotypes Xiaoyan22 and Xiaoyan6 and also study the physiological mechanism by analysing the content of chlorophyll, the NR activity and the photosynthesis daily change in the leaf in key growing stage. The results showed that there were significant differences between two genotypes in the NUE. The NUE of Xiaoyan22 was greater than that of Xiaoyan6.Nitrogen application could improve the NUE of different genotypes. The physiologic mechanism was found that the NR activity, the content of chlorophyll and the photosynthesis of the genotype with high NUE were more than that of one with low NUE in jointing stage.
