醋糟栽培双孢菇的研究

摘要: 常规栽培双孢菇用稻草作栽培主料,该研究以醋糟作主料栽培双孢菇获得成功。培育的双孢菇其出菇期、采菇潮数、出菇率均明显优于常规栽培法。前者的粗蛋白、粗纤维、脂肪、碳水化合物(%)分别为40.2、5.8、3.4、31.0,各项品质指标均优于常规栽培法,达到优质菇品质指标,现已走向产业化之路。

Abstract: The cultivation of conventional Agaricusbisporus uses the straw for the main cultivating nourishment. The research uses vinegar dregs for the main cultivating nourishment and have obtained success. Bythis way , its mushroom time, picking, mushroom rate are improver than the conventional cultivation . Agaricusbisporus using vinegar dregs for noarishment are better than the conventional cultivation in thick protein, crude fiber, fat, carbonydrate. its contents are 40.2%, 5.8%, 3.4%, 30.1%, each quality targer attined the high quality target, now the cultivation using vinegar dregs for the main nourishment has moved towards the road of industry .
