摘要： 利用TTC和水培方法研究了DDT对花生种子生活力和发芽的影响，结果显示，用浓度为4mg/kg-128mg/kg的DDT溶液培养5d的种子其生活力和活力指数皆显著增加，而对发芽率和发芽指数没有显著影响。关于DDT对花生种子的刺激作用及其机理，尚需深入研究。

Abstract: The effects of DDT on seed vigor and germination of peanut were studied by using TTC and hydroponic methods. The results indicated that seed vigor and vigor index were increased remarkably when the peanut seeds were cultured for 5 days in solutions containing 4mg/kg-128mg/kg DDT, and meanwhile, no significant effects on germination rate and germination index were found. Further researches on stimulation induced by DDT and its mechanism are needed.
