Abstract: This paper analyzes the evolution of farmland reform in mainland and Taiwan, and studies the problems of existing farmland policy in mainland. Hereby, a few enlightenments and suggests in land policy were proposed. What worth learning from is that the experience of Taiwan which respects social economic developing law in farmland policy reform and be good at application the laws and regulations.
