络合萃取技术及其在生物碱分离中的应用

Extraction Technique Based on Chemical Complexation and its Application in Separation of Alkaloids

摘要: 本文在分析讨论络合萃取技术的基础上,根据该技术对天然产物—生物碱分离研究应用较为薄弱的状况,简要介绍了作者采用络合萃取技术分离苦参碱稀溶液的相系研究结论,并将此技术与传统的分离技术进行了对比。指出,采用络合萃取技术分离广泛存在于植物体的Lewis碱类物质—生物碱,在理论和实践上均具有可行性。

Abstract: Acorrding to the weakness of research on Complexation Extraction Process appling in separating Alkaloid , the author studied its application in extraction and separation of Matrine dilute solution compared with the traditional separation technology , based on analysing and discussing Complexation Extraction Process . The results showed that its thoery and practice was feasible that Complexation Extraction Process could extracte and separate Lewis Bases —Alkaloid existing in plants .
