干旱胁迫对尼日利亚茄子生理生化指标的影响

摘要: 通过盆栽控水试验,测定了不同干旱胁迫时间尼日利亚茄子和对照品种的植物组织含水量、叶片保护酶类活性、叶片MDA、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量等抗性指标。结果表明:SOD、 POD活性和MDA含量均随着胁迫时间的延长均呈现上升趋势,其中SOD、 POD活性中待测品种明显高于对照品种,叶片MDA则对照叶片 MDA含量明显高于待测品种,表明尼日利亚水果茄子的抗旱能力强于对照品种。

Abstract: With pot culture, this paper studied the effects of drought stress on water contents of plant tissues, the protective enzyme activities, contents of MDA, proline, soluble protein in Nigeria eggplant leaves. The results indicated that the activities of SOD and POD and the MDA content increased along with the increase of stress time, and the activities of SOD, POD, contents of MDA, proline, soluble protein in Nigeria eggplant leaves were higher than local check variety obviously. This indicated that the drought-resistant ability of Nigeria eggplant was higher than the check variety.
