柴胡根腐病致病菌生物学特性研究初报

Preliminary study on biological characteristics of root rot pathogen of Bupleurum chinense DC.

摘要: 根腐病是对柴胡为害最为严重的病害之一,本文对该病病原菌的生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明,致病菌生长最适温度为25~30℃,最适pH6~8,在麦汁培养基上较在PDA培养基上容易产孢。孢子萌发的最适条件是20~25℃,pH4~6和100%相对湿度。孢子在25℃水滴中3 h后开始萌发,10 h时全部萌发,孢子致死温度为51℃/10 min。

Abstract: Root rot disease is one of the most important diseases of Bupleurum chinense DC, biological characters were studied in this paper. Results showed that the optimal temperature and pH of it were 25~30℃ and pH6~8. Also, we found that, pathogen isolated sporulated easier on oatmeal medium than PDA medium. The optimal condition for conidia germination was 20~25℃, pH4~6 and relative humidity 100%. Conidia of pathogen will begin to germinate in water drop 3 hours later, and germinated thoroughly after 10 hours, the lethal temperature of conidia was 51℃ for 10 minutes.
