高产冬小麦深耘断根提高粒重的生理分析

摘要: 1997~1999采用2个品种,设置4个处理,于花后测定多项生理指标,研究探讨深耘断根提高冬小麦粒重的机理。结果表明:花后深耘断根处理的“源”活力高。深耘断根可推迟小麦旗叶光合速率峰期、延缓叶绿素含量下降速率、延缓功能叶衰老、使根系发育良好、活力提高。深耘断根处理增强籽粒“库”活力。可使籽粒SS(蔗糖合成酶)活性加大、穗部ATP含量提高。深耘断根提高旗叶SPS(磷酸蔗糖合成酶)活性,强化光合产物转化。深耘断根保持了小麦长时期高强度灌浆。结合前人的研究,文章初步提出了冬小麦深耘断根增加粒重的机理模型。

Abstract: Grain weight improving mechanism of deep tilling root cutting in high yield winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Lu Bu1, Yu Songlie2, Yu Zhenwen2, Miao Guoyuan3 (1.Institute of Agricultural Resources and Regeinal Planning, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Beijing, 100081, 2.Shandong Agricultural University,Tai`an 271018, 3.Shanxi Agricultural University, Taigu 030801) Abstract: For having a better understanding of deep tilling root cutting (DTRC) improving grain weight in winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), 2 varieties are employed in a 4 treatments trail in 1997-1999. Several physiologic indexes were tested after anthesis of the wheat. The results indicated that DTRC can improve wheat to have a better “source activity ”with denying peak of Pn in flag leaf, denying leaf aging by more chlorophyll and improving root activity. DTRC can enhance wheat “sink activity” with higher SS activity and higher ATP content in youth spikes. DTRC cause leaf SPS more active, help to “flow” 3-PGA to sucrose more effectively. A mechanic model was established to summary the physiologic mechanism of DTRC improving grain weight in high yield winter wheat.
